Ordering items
After placing your order with Barlingtackshop.co.uk we will immediately send you a confirmation receipt by email containing the relevant details of your order. At this stage your order has not been accepted by us and remains an offer. Your order is accepted by us when you receive a subsequent email confirming that the item(s) has been dispatched. In the case of part-deliveries each part-delivery is accepted separately and does not form part of the same contract.
Cancellation
Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% handling fee unless we are unable to supply the requested items.
Returns
We provide a 14 day returns guarantee as outlined in our Returns Policy. Under European Union rules you are entitled to a statutory seven-day cooling-off period. Details of this can also be found in our Returns policy and in the order confirmation e-mail. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Availability and delivery
Normally stock is available for delivery within 3 business days for UK Standard (Zone 1) and 5 business days for UK Non-Standard and Zones 2 & 3. If stock is not available during that time we will endeavour to place notification of this on the website. However, due to circumstances and from time to time stock availability cannot be guaranteed. Where we have confirmed an order and subsequently discover that stock is not available we will contact you by email and notify you of your options.
Delivery normally takes 1 business day for UK Standard and up to 3 (three) business days for UK Non-Standard. (See our Delivery Policy for definitions of UK Standard and Non-Standard).
Pricing
While every effort is taken to ensure that all products on the website are priced correctly mistakes do occur from time to time. However, during our dispatch process the item price is verified. If a product has been wrongly priced and the actual price is lower than the website price we will charge the lower price and refund any difference paid. If the actual price is higher then we will contact you by email to inform you of the correct price. You can then choose to proceed with or cancel your order. We will correct any items found to be wrongly priced within 2 business days.
VAT and other local taxes
All orders subject to international delivery cannot be fully processed online. We will contact you by email to inform you of the right taxes and delivery costs for your country. Please note that if you have items shipped outside the UK you may be considered the importer of the goods and subject to local taxation. Please refer to your local tax office for further details. Barlingtackshop.co.uk is not responsible for the payment of taxes local to the delivery destination if that destination is outside the UK.

Barlingtackshop.co.uk does not in any way warrant or endorse the offerings of these companies or the content of their websites. Events beyond our reasonable control

Governing law and jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the Law of England and Wales. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales and any court hearing appeals from those courts.
