Postage and packing is charged at a flat rate of £4.99 (UK Mainland only). Postage is free if you spend over £100.(UK Mainland only)VAT
All prices shown include VAT except children's wear, books and feed supplements which are zero-rated for VAT purposes. All postage costs are zero rated for VAT purposes.
How will it be delivered?
All items destined for UK addresses are dispatched by Royal Mail and ParcelForce.
How long will it take to arrive?
Delivery will normally be within 3 business days from receipt of order subject to delivery exceptions above.An order received after 12.30pm on a Friday will not usually be dealt with before Monday morning or in the case of a bank holiday Monday not till Tuesday morning. If there will be any delay to your order we will send you an email and update the status within your account information. You can check your delivery status at any time by logging in to your account. You may need to log-in first.
Note: Occasionally when stock is unavailable orders will be dispatched in parts. You will be notified by email of part deliveries and this will also be shown on your account. No further charges will be made for part deliveries. Part dispatch is only available for Zone 1 delivery addresses.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your goods then you can return them within 14 days of receipt of the items. If the goods are unused, unsoiled and in the original packaging complete with original labelling you will be entitled to a full refund for the goods excluding postage. We will refund the cost of you returning any items (up to a maximum of £7.50) if they are faulty, damaged or if the wrong item has been despatched. The intial postage costs will not be reinbursed unless a replacement cannot be sent. Feed supplements cannot be returned once ordered due to health and safety reasons. Items being returned are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend goods are insured against loss and damage and a proof of postage is obtained.
Items for exchange will be sent free of charge - UK mainland only.
Damaged or Faulty goods should be returned to us for our inspection. Replacement goods will be sent out free of charge and your postage costs reimbursed.
Note: we are unable to accept any used items under complaint unless clean and dry due to potential health hazards, Any items found to be wet or dirty will be returned. (Health and Safety Act 1972)
To help us process your exchange/refund quickly and efficiently please follow the simple steps below:
- Complete the return form sent with the item. If you no longer have this form please enclose a note describing the reason for your return and whether you require an exchange or refund. You must include your order number on the note. This can be found by logging in to your account.
- Wrap the item securely in any original packaging you have and enclose any documentation received with the item.

Refund Policy
The section outlines our refunds policy. Note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
Once we have received returned items from you we will process your refund if required less the postage. We will notify you by email of your refund. Refunds are made using the same method of payment as the purchase. You can expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of the item being returned. You can track the status of your returned items and refund through your account.
We will refund the cost of the returned items and delivery charges and the cost of you returning the items if they are faulty, damaged or if the wrong item has been dispatched.
Under European law you are entitled to a seven-day cooling off period from the date on which the item was delivered to you. If during this time you decide you no longer want the items you are entitled to return them without further reason.
Any items returned after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund unless found to be damaged or faulty.
